  • What is kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a psycho-corporeal, holistic and natural method that provides access to the body as a whole. It acts on all aspects of well-being and health, at different levels: physical, psychological, emotional, nutritional and spiritual. Kinesiology identifies and relieves stress that can prevent a person from enjoying excellent health.
  • What is a kinesiologist  used for?
The main tool used by the kinesiologist is the “muscle test”. This tool helps: Define the objective of the session. Detect an energy imbalance preventing the person from achieving their goal. Identify the underlying stress that is causing this imbalance. The kinesiologist can thus: Release identified stress and rebalance the energy circulating in the body. Help the person's body regain its ability to self-heal.
  • What does a kinesiologist treat?
The kinesiologist does not in any way treat illnesses, he does not give diagnoses or treatments. On the other hand, it can support the skills of doctors who work on diseases. An energy rebalancing by the kinesiologist brings the body to a natural state of homeostasis: the body regains its ability to self-heal. Visiting a kinesiologist does not replace a medical examination. If you have an injury, chronic or acute pain, consult the doctor before the kinesiology session.
  • What ailments does kinesiology relieve?
Kinesiology can act on physical pain, chronic fatigue, emotional stress, childhood trauma, family stress (separation, divorce, etc.), and a lack of self-confidence. It can also help you succeed in a career change. Kinesiology is perfectly suited to the difficulties presented by hyperactive children, to remedy enuresis (bedwetting), and the baby's nighttime crying. It is also effective in resolving all stress-related disorders.
